individuals, Business Enterprises and Clients who register for Membership at Selectescortsuk.com.
We make every effort to ensure that our Members observe those Rules established
in our Terms of Service. We will IMMEDIATELY CLOSE the Membership of any Escort,
Business Enterprise, and/or Client who violates these Rules.
Selectescortsuk.com will not be held responsible for any actions taken by any Escort,
Business Enterprise, and/or Client as we do not own or control them in any way.
However, we will review Member complaints about other Members in order to determine
if any Rules established by Selectescortsuk.com have been violated. You may send

Membership in Selectescortsuk.com does not guarantee that you will meet or receive
responses from the Escorts, Business Enterprises, and/or Clients in our database.
By your use of the Selectescortsuk.com service, you, the MEMBER, agree to fully
indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selectescortsuk.com, its officers, directors,
employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under
no circumstances will Selectescortsuk.com, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders,
server maintainers, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance
upon anything derived from this site even If Selectescortsuk.com, its officers,
directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, or contributors have been
advised that such defect or unsuitability exists. Selectescortsuk.com, its officers,
directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors disclaim
all liability to you, the MEMBER, for damages, costs and expenses, including legal
fees, and you, the MEMBER, have no remedies for negligence or under strict liability,
or for breach of warranty or contract, including but not limited to indirect, consequential,
punitive or incidental damages, even If you give notice of the possibility of such
damages. Selectescortsuk.com’s liability in any case shall not exceed the amount
paid to date in accordance to this agreement.
You the MEMBER, by accepting this Membership assure Selectescortsuk.com that, you,
the MEMBER will comply with any and UK governing laws concerning any and all meetings
arranged through Selectescortsuk.com. You, the MEMBER, also agree that you are not
using Selectescortsuk.com as a means to purchase or solicit illegal activities.
Since Selectescortsuk.com has no affiliation or control over, you, the MEMBER, we
shall not be held liable for any, interactions between you, the MEMBER and other
Members who may also have officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents,
or outside contractors over whom we have no control and with whom we have no affiliation.
By your use of the Selectescortsuk.com service, you, the MEMBER, agree to fully
indemnify, defend, and to hold harmless Selectescortsuk.com, its officers, directors,
employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors against ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS for any arrangements made by you (the MEMBER) and any Business Enterprise
which operates solely and separately of Selectescortsuk.com. You understand that
once Membership has been confirmed, Selectescortsuk.com has fulfilled its obligation
to the MEMBER. Members accept full responsibility any correspondence, communication
or contact with other Members and understand that Selectescortsuk.com has no affiliation
whatsoever with any of the individuals, Business Enterprises or Clients who comprise
the Membership of Selectescortsuk.com. Any and all fee arrangements thereafter are
strictly between you (the MEMBER) and any individual, Business Enterprises and/or
Client who accepts the arrangement. Selectescortsuk.com is strictly an independent
service for adults. We make NO guarantees of service provided by any individuals,
Business Enterprise, and/or Client.
In summary: MEMBER agrees to hold harmless Selectescortsuk.com, its officers, directors,
employees, shareholders, server maintainers, and contributors from any and all claims
of any kind arising out of participation as a MEMBER. You will indemnify and hold
Selectescortsuk.com, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, server maintainers,
and contributors harmless from all liability, cost and expense, including legal
fees, that arise directly or indirectly from any of the services provided by Selectescortsuk.com.
The price of the service is listed in our tariff and pricing screens. Our prices
are currently exclusive of any applicable VAT; however these charges may be applied
should we Select Escorts UK become incorporated. All Members shall pay all sums
due to us under the agreement by the means of the payment specified in our website
and without any set-off, deduction, counterclaim and/or any withholding of monies.
Any applicable banking charges on such payments shall be borne by Select Escorts
UK.
Payment shall not be deemed to be made until we have received payment for the agreed
period by means of cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding. Unless
otherwise stated in this Agreement, all monies paid by you to us are non-refundable,
however should you not be completely happy with the service we will offer a free
period of membership equal to the amount previously paid for.
The cardholder agrees that Metacharge will automatically bill the named credit/debit
card on behalf of Select Escorts UK. If recurring charges are applicable, the cardholder
agrees to the billing of their card each period until the subscriber notifies the
Merchant to either cancel the account or stop billing, before the next billing period.
Otherwise, the cardholder will be responsible for current billing period.
Agree to not doing the following:
• Misuse in any way the service or other information posted on the service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any information available on or via the
service or to any of the networks used in providing the service;
• Post and/or reproduce in any way information in which the intellectual property
rights belong to another party without first obtaining the prior consent of the
owner of such rights;
• Copy in whole or in part any of the information on the website other than for
the purposes contemplated in this agreement;
• In any way assign, transfer, part with and/or authorise any other person to use,
Your membership;
• Post any information, which in our opinion is sexually explicit, vulgar, indecent,
racist, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, harmful, threatening,
harassing, stalking, inflammatory, sexually suggestive, defamatory and/or obscene
and/or
• Post any information which in our opinion is capable of offending other’s political
and/or religious beliefs.
You acknowledge that Female & Male clients will be able to view your profile.
We may copy and/or reproduce any information posted by you on the website in any
form and in any manner we wish.
If you post any confidential or sensitive information about yourself then you do
so entirely at your own risk.
You warrant and represent to us that all information posted by you:
is accurate, true, complete and is not misleading; and
We reserve the right to review your profile from time to time and to amend and/or
delete it if we, in our sole discretion, think that it should be amended and/or
deleted.
You may terminate your membership at any time, without notice, this is usually done
by cancellation of your automated billing. Simply send an email to accounts@selectescortsuk.com,
headed by a subject title of CANCELLATION. Please do not forget to include your
username and full name and registered telephone number.
Escorts can cancel their memberships within 3 working days of the payment collection
and receive a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds to club members under any circumstances.
We may terminate your membership at any time, without cause, upon giving you notice
by email. If so we will refund pro rata any fees already paid.
If the following terms are breached:-
• You give false inaccurate information about who you are,
• You fail to make any payment to us when due;
• You breach the terms of this agreement;
• You persistently breach the terms of this agreement;
• In our reasonable opinion, any information posted by you is damaging or potentially
damaging to our business or membership or users,
• You have abused a Client (club member), Escort or Company Representative to a
degree that we deem as harmful;
• If any of the events set out in the above clause occurs in relation to you then
we may immediately and without notice suspend and/or terminate your access to and/or
membership of the service in which case all monies owed by you to us shall become
immediately due and payable, you will not be entitled to any refund and monies paid
and you shall not attempt to use the service or rejoin as a member.
